Struggling with Mental illness : An autobiographical case study

An autobiography covering the period before, during and after the author's first psychotic episode, along with the causes of her illness and certain findings for psychiatry.

"An alternative bio-psycho-social model of the psychoses and their treatment" and nineteen more of the author's most significant articles. These are based on knowledge collected through sessions mainly with alternative practitioners, and psychological theory. The objective is to suggest advice that contributes to mental health service user's well-being. Professionally the author began as Teacher of English and now she is in possession of a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology. Through this work, she seeks to make Alternative Orthomolecular Psychiatry more widely known.
