The “Wooden House” is a sincere attempt at mapping, a descent into the inexplicable void of the self. In this exploration, the themes of the unfulfilled, social isolation, disappointment and the universal denial of expectations dominate, with human contact and communication constantly slipping away like an ethereal chimera. The place of the individual in the world, the futile wait for adventure and the unexpected, with the passage of time and the persistent attachment to the past and the poisonous mental constructs becoming hoarse. Envy, sadness, revenge, monotony, mental flatulence and loss of a sense of control, all contribute to a gloomy view of the world, to a curtain without escape. And in those moments, however, hope remains that ultimately light will shine in the darkness, that, despite fear and doubt, the path is always forged forward.
