Religious sentiment is one of the sensitive aspects of a person's identity. The religious position of each individual is a sensitive personal data and its protection is necessary. The respect and protection of religiosity is an indicator of the freedom of a society. In this book, the constitutionally protected right of religious freedom and the concept of sensitive personal data, specifically pertaining to religion, are under examination. An attempt is made to highlight any conflicts identified during the exercise of the right to religious freedom and the electronic processing of personal data.
