THE DANCE OF THE SOUL (translation into Greek of the book «PARTS WORK»)

We created this book with the intention of giving you some way to understand yourself and others through this model of healing with our inner family members. We shared our knowledge of how and why our internal system works the way it does. Some readers will find that through this book they have already begun a journey of deeper understanding of themselves and others. Others will find that they are curious to experience this kind of inner healing work for themselves.
The last two chapters describe a process that occurred in intensive therapy with therapists and clients who have considerable experience with this approach. To do this intense inner work you need a therapist trained in the ESO model; one cannot work alone in this way.
If you are already in therapy, you can share with your therapist what you found helpful in this book and explore how you might use it in your work with him or her. If you are not in treatment but in crisis, we encourage you to seek help from sources such as a health centre, clinic, or crisis management hospital, a community mental health centre, or the religious counselling organization of your choice.
