The effect of school factors on the work environment of teaching staff: A systemic and research approach (in Greek)

The conditions that prevail in a working environment - natural and human - related to internal and external factors, are a perennial subject of research, since they are fundamental aspects for achieving goals.
Undoubtedly, there are situations that have a positive effect on those involved and others that affect them negatively. Especially in the second case, everyone is called to manage them, so that they actively contribute to the realization of goals.
But what happens in the case of the working environment of the teaching staff?
How can improvement be achieved?
Some answers already exist, some are now being given and others will follow.
