ΜΝΗΜΕΣ ΣΚΟΤΕΙΝΑ ΑΝΑΔΥΟΜΕΝΕΣ

Memories Darkly Emerging is a new age fused science fiction novel. Dimitris Soleggas is a scientist, who carries out a secret experiment in the laboratories of the pharmaceutical company, in which he works for, based in Thessaloniki. He calls it “Telememory”, a project that is about surgically transplanting memories between living organisms. Meanwhile a Satan worshipping cult is about to execute a sacrilegious human sacrifice. It is the Purple Battalion, based in Romania, which carries out for centuries its dark rituals all over Europe and is the core from where the Vampire legends came from. The second in command of the cult, Solovaid (Diavolos in reverse) is taking care of difficult missions in the Balkan and ex Soviet countries. He is ordered to kidnap Dimitris Soleggas’ daughter and sacrifice her to the Fallen Emperor of the World Beyond. Solovaid kidnaps little Maria and captives her in the Battalion’s hideout. His violent instincts lead him to conflict with Albanian drug dealers, from which he ends heavily injured in the Intensive Care Unit.
Robert Roy McMinister, a chronic alcoholic depressed Scotsman is a higher officer in the crime department of Europol and chases after the sacrilegious cult. He informs Dimitris Soleggas that, when the three nine-day cycles are over, during which the underage victim will go under psychological, physical and psychic violence respectively to each cycle, τhen rape and sacrifice will follow in the base of an upside down Pyramid found underground.
At the same time in London, Mandy Hudson, old fellow student and friend of Dimitris Sollegas, is disturbed by a nightmare in which her friend is drowned in a pulp of human brains in the bottom of a well. Two years ago, Mandy Hudson tried to kill herself, when she lost her female lover, Gale in a car accident. After the near death experience she travelled to Tibet and dealt with her inner spiritual search and redefined herself. She found a new purpose in life, to follow the signs which are sent by the Universal Entity Current and help all those who are in need. She intuitively senses that she needs to save her friend.
Dimitris Soleggas has to operate the “Telememory” experiment and transplant to himself the memories of his daughter’s kidnapper. He will struggle to keep his personality intact, while fighting the Purple Battalion and the Albanian drug dealing mafia. During his adventure he will come across deep universal truths like the synchronicity, the living creatures’ interconnection, the eternal battle between Good and Evil, the existence of a Higher and a Lower self inside every human and the universal organism itself, dreams’ prophetic abilities, the impact of meditation and mental visualization in human brain.
What will happen to Dimitris Soleggas, when his inner voice that every human identifies his Ego with, starts transforming from the memories of his donor? Could it be possible something similar happens to every one of us? Who are we really?
