NIKOULA FLOKA

Nikoula Floka is an experienced educator with a strong academic background, holding a Ph.D. in Education from Goldsmiths, University of London and a MSc in Education Management from the University of Patras. With over 20 years of teaching experience, she has worked in primary schools in Greece and the UK, specializing in Greek language instruction. She has also served as an oral examiner for language proficiency certifications and as a trainer in teacher education programs. Her research focuses on language, culture, identity, language maintenance, teacher evaluation and educational management and leadership.
