Δώρα Τσιλιγιάννη

Είμαστε η Δώρα (Βιολόγος – Διατροφολόγος) και η Ελεάννα (Βιολόγος – Γενετίστρια) και γνωριστήκαμε το 2012, όταν εργαζόμασταν και οι δυο σε ένα εργαστήριο γενετικής. Όταν ξανασυναντηθήκαμε το 2020, ήμασταν και οι δυο μαμάδες με πολλούς προβληματισμούς γύρω από τον τρόπο που μαθαίνουν τα παιδιά να φροντίζουν και να αγαπούν το σώμα τους. Μέσα από τις συζητήσεις μας σκεφτήκαμε, πόσο χρήσιμο θα ήταν να χρησιμοποιήσουμε την επιστήμη που αγαπάμε τόσο πολύ, τη Βιολογία, για να δημιουργήσουμε βιωματικά
εργαστήρια για παιδιά.
Initially, we focused on nutrition workshops, where children through the game learn to eat healthy. Then, with the improvement of children's health as our guiding principle, we ventured into the field of sex education. Of course we had to receive special training to be ready to enter the classroom and teach this very sensitive subject. Thus, 2021 was the year that the first schools trusted us and we began to implement both nutrition workshops and sex education classes. In order for our project to be complete, we considered it important to educate the parents as well as the children, creating parenting seminars for both nutrition and sex education.
Today we cooperate with schools (nursery centers - Kindergartens - Primary schools - High schools) and places of creative work, with parents, teachers and children. We are very happy that Playhealthy's goal for healthy and safe children has started to materialize!
